- What is the return and exchange policy?
You may return for exchange or refund any product you buy from us within 60 days of receipt. To arrange a return/refund, please send an e-mail to and include your eBay item number and buyer User ID for asking RMA # first. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item unless otherwise advised otherwise by our customer services team.
